The form lists every employee, their wages, the benefits they're entitled to, the type of work they did, and the hours they worked. It shows withholding's and gross wages and includes a statement of compliance. Labor Compliance Monitoring
Our expert auditors work to enforce the payment of prevailing wages on public works construction projects. All construction personnel performing covered craft work on a public works project are entitled to be paid prevailing wage. Through our monitoring system we ensure all trades are paid no less than the prevailing wage rate so that your firm avoids potential liquidated damages.
